FLIRT is a community self-help collective that supports trans women and transfeminine people in precarious situations, particularly due to exile, disability, or sex work. Its primary focus is addressing essential and immediate needs: housing, food, healthcare, and access to rights.

In a context of increasing precarity, deep transphobia, hardening of migration and social policies and ever more difficult access to common law systems, the people being supported are particularly exposed to violence, isolation and disruption of resources.

Our work is organized around Instant-T, our community drop-in center, which is open on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. It's a welcoming space for mutual support and socialization, offering cultural activities, social support services, and information and self-help workshops about hormone therapy.

The donations collected during this evening will go directly into FLIRT's emergency fund, which will be redistributed as financial aid based on criteria of hardship. This aid allows for a rapid response to very concrete needs: food, shelter, healthcare, transportation, and other essential expenses.
