Brahim Bouselmi, a specialist in public health policy and former psychiatrist and addiction specialist, and Emmanuel Cannou, a clinical psychologist, present their book on chemsex. In it, they trace the origins of the phenomenon, analyze its evolution, and show how this practice, historically associated with the urban gay community, now affects more diverse populations and areas, including heterosexual men and women, young people, and people living in rural areas.



Hosted by Christophe Gascard, a journalist at France Télévisions, the meeting will address the health, social and human issues raised by chemsex, as well as the courses of action identified by the authors based on interviews conducted with professionals, associations and people concerned.
