Rencontre - Les Reines du Bois : au cœur du bois de Boulogne

This meeting will be moderated by Sylvie Hugues , president of the LUX network , exhibition curator, and correspondent for the Academy of Fine Arts. She will be in conversation with Françoise Evenou , author and photographer of the book *Les Reines du Bois* (published by Loco) , who spent eighteen months meeting these women, listening to them, photographing them, and collecting their life stories, as well as with two people working on the ground who have been involved with this reality for many years.

• Jean-Damien Le Liepvre , president of Aux captifs, la libération , an association that has been working for over 40 years with people in prostitution in the Bois de Boulogne;
• Miguel-Ange Garzo , clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, who worked for nearly fifteen years with trans people engaged in prostitution.
  

Together, they will look back on the changes observed over the years in the Bois, the migratory journeys and the violence experienced, but also on dignity, resilience and the paths out of prostitution — between precariousness, community solidarity and the quest for recognition .
