New format, first service.

On Sunday, July 19th, we're opening the doors of Bar Gallia earlier than usual to launch Cuisine à 4 Mains!

a series of lunches where we invite chefs we like to come and cook at the brasserie for a unique service.
The principle is simple: a single menu, food & Gallia beer pairings and a huge sunny terrace.

For this first edition, we welcome Marine Gora to our little kitchen in Pantin.

Founder of Coyote, the new queer saloon in the Marais district, where natural wines, Tex-Mex influences, Vietnamese heritage, and party culture intersect, she made her mark on the Parisian scene with Gramme. Today, she continues to pursue a creative, generous, and worldly cuisine that defies categorization.

For July 19th, she's offering a Vietnamese BBQ and some incredibly refreshing desserts. We'll tell you more very soon!

From 3pm onwards, the bar switches to open air mode, featuring DJ sets and cold beers.
The Peanut Sluts, AKA Marine Gora's team, take control of the turntables for an afternoon of DJ sets that will stretch into the early evening.
